Locked down? To help get you through, to get some focus back and to get some positive thinking going, join ADA Australia for an online toolbox talk. Just 30 minutes every Tuesday through October, 'Mental Health Month'.
The talks are presented over Zoom and are free and open to all. Register to have the webinar link and passcode emailed to you. Conducted by ADA Australia's senior trainer Ella Mano, the talks will provide practical advice and tips - in a friendly, casual format - to help protect your mental health and wellbeing.
